It's Summer Time !
A note from Ms. Jordan,
As we settle into the summer months, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible year we've had together and share some exciting updates for the months ahead.
Celebrating Our Achievements
This past school year has been truly remarkable. Our students have shown tremendous growth academically, socially, and emotionally. From our sixth-graders' outstanding performance on Reading State Assessments to our PK Cubs' remarkable progress in each of their milestones have been a testament to the dedication of our students, families, and exceptional teaching staff.
I'm particularly proud of our school's community service initiatives this year, (Hearts-4-Homes) including our successful bottled water drive that collected over 200 bottles of water for local families and our student-led environmental (Keep Denton Beautiful) that resulted in the cleaning our local parks and recreation areas.
Summer Learning Opportunities
While we encourage rest and family time during these summer months, learning never stops! I'm thrilled to inform you that students may continue their login with ST Math!! Summer reading is always a great way to stay ahead of the game with new knowledge and information. Read something FUN and EXCITING this summer!
Preparing for Fall 2025
As we look ahead to the new school year, we're excited to welcome back our returning families and introduce new members to our school community. Registration for the 2025-26 school year has begun, and we encourage families to complete the process early to ensure a smooth start.
We're also thrilled to announce several improvements to our campus this summer, fresh paint in our hallways, classrooms, and our gym. We will also be introducing a new Math curriculum, a new Music class, and middle school STEM Elective classes this year! These enhancements reflect our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible learning environment for our students.

Our school doors will reopen on August 13th, and I can't wait to welcome everyone back for another fantastic year. Until then, stay safe, stay curious, and remember that learning is an adventure that never ends.
