Weekly Jaguar Announcements for the Week of February 2 - 6, 2026

Good afternoon, NTxCA families. Although the sun today brought warmer temperatures and helped melt a lot of the ice, we know that many side roads and rural areas are still not safe for travel. As much as we want to see our students and get back to normal, we need to give this one more day. All campuses and offices will be closed Thursday January 29.
We will see you Friday!

Our cabin fever is strong and our snacks are all gone.
This wintry front lasted way too long!
We're tired of ice and ready to go,
But the roads aren't quite clear, so Wednesday's a no-go.
One more day off won't hurt us, I reckon,
Because we LOVE first...and always TEACH second.
See you Thursday!

Because temperatures are not expected to get above freezing until Tuesday afternoon, we do not believe we can safely ask staff and students to report to school, even with a delayed start. All campuses will be closed Tuesday January 27. We hope you all are staying safe and warm!

Below, please find a link to warming centers and shelters should your family need assistance. We promise to update with our plans for Tuesday as soon as we can.

Good morning, Jaguar Families!
We appreciate your continued partnership in helping our students start each school day strong and ready to learn. A smooth and safe morning arrival helps set a positive tone for our entire campus. ๐
Please note the following important reminder:
โฐ Students who arrive after 8:00 a.m. are considered tardy and must be signed in by a parent or guardian in the front office before reporting to class.
In alignment with district policy, which was previously shared with all families via email and Facebook, students will not be permitted to enter class unless they have been properly signed in by an adult.
This procedure helps us:
โข Ensure accurate attendance records
โข Maintain campus safety and supervision
โข Support instructional time for all students
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work together to create a safe, organized, and successful learning environment for every Jaguar.
Thank you for your continued support and commitment to our campus community! ๐พ๐
If you have any questions or need assistance, please donโt hesitate to contact the front office.
Go Jaguars! ๐๐พ
