Good Sunday afternoon Jaguars, here are your brief announcements for this week, February 6th;
*Our Character Trait for this week is FRIENDLINESS
*By now, all parents should be connected to Apptegy! Apptegy is our teacher to parent communication tool. If you are not connected to your classroom, please email your teacher for additional information. We need 100% of our parents connected to school!
*Student Progress Notes will go home tomorrow (Monday)
*Our teachers will continue after school tutoring for our 3rd thru 8th grade students. Students will need to schedule the dates with their teachers.
*Our students will be completing their 6 Weeks Exams during the week of February 13 thru Feb 16. Attendance remains necessary for academic success, but daily attendance is the law. Please make sure your student is on time each day school is in session.
*February 14th is Valentine's Day and all class parties will be from 2:30 - 3:30. You will receive additional information from your teachers regarding the class party.
*Please mark your calendars for February 17th and February 20th. There will be NO SCHOOL and NO AFTER SCHOOL PROGRM on Friday, February 17th or Monday, February 20th.
*Reminding parents about our After-School Program disciplinary processes. Should any student receive 2 (two) disciplinary write ups from any teacher, the student will be dismissed from the program.
*We are preparing for our Black History Living Museum. Please save the date for February 23rd from 5:00 pm until 6:00.

Despite our previously announced reopening and excitement about seeing everyone, we will be closed tomorrow. With the predicted overnight freezing alerts, we feel it's in the best interest and safety of our students, families, and teachers that we not have class. Stay safe and warm and we'll see you Monday morning!
CLOSURE NOTICE - No School Friday February 3rd
Good afternoon Jaguars! We're ready to welcome our students back to school tomorrow! To be as safe as possible, we will have a delayed start of 10:00. Parents may drop off your student at 9:30 for breakfast service.
Thank you to the many teachers, students and parents who stayed so engaged with our students over these last 3 days. This truly is a testament of how we build relationships in our Jaguar community.

Thank you to all of our Jaguar students who have logged in to Zearn, Amplify, ST Math, and Edgenuity! Reach out to your teachers via email to get your student's log in information! Post your pictures to our FB page of your students completing their learning tasks! There will be no school tomorrow, Thursday, February 2nd. So stay inside, stay warm, and continue the technology learning. Until your next Jaguar announcement, goooooooo Jaguars !!!!!

NTxCA will be closed Wednesday due to ongoing weather concerns.
All NTxCA campuses will be closed Tuesday due to inclement weather.
All NTxCA campuses will dismiss at 10:15 Monday. Bus routes will run at that time. We must allow our students and staff to get home before road conditions deteriorate. Our staff members live in 31 different districts so although it may be clear at your house, it may not be safe for staff members to commute later today. We understand the frustration and inconvenience of unexpected early dismissals but ask for your understanding.
We'll make a firm decision about Tuesday by 6:00PM tonight.
We are closely monitoring the weather forecasts. Today, (Monday), we will NOT have after-school program or tutorials. Buses will run regular routes Monday afternoon. All students must be picked up at 3:30. We will announce any further changes to the schedule as soon as we can determine what's best.
We are closely monitoring the weather forecasts. As of 6:30PM Sunday night, we will have a regular school day Monday. However, we will NOT have after-school programs, activities or tutorials. This will allow all staff to get home well before dark when the roads may get icy.
Buses will run regular routes Monday afternoon. Students who usually attend after-school programs must be picked up at 3:30.
We will announce any further changes to the schedule as soon as we can determine what's best.
