📢 Good Sunday afternoon Jaguar Families ! 🐆✨ Here are your announcements for the Week of February 24 - 28, 2025; 🔹 Character Trait of the Week: TACT – This week, we are focusing on the importance of speaking and acting with kindness and respect. 🔹 Six Weeks Exams for 3rd-8th Grade – Our students have been working hard, and it’s time for their Six Weeks assessments! Our dedicated teachers have done a fantastic job preparing them. Please ensure your child arrives on time each day, ready to do their best! 🔹 Perfect Attendance Celebrations! 🎉 – Students with perfect attendance for the 4th Six Weeks will enjoy a sweet treat of cotton candy and extra recess this Tuesday! The 5th Six Weeks celebration will be even bigger, featuring water fun and more exciting activities—stay tuned for details! 🔹 Black History Event – Join us this Thursday from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM for an enriching celebration of Black History! Ms. Nobles, our Lead Committee Member, along with our amazing Jaguar teachers, have been working hard to make this a meaningful event. We look forward to celebrating together! 🔹 Jaguar Town Hall Meeting – Our Superintendent, Dr. Lisa Stanley, invites you to an important Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday, March 4th, from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM in the Jaguar Café. She will share key updates about our charter, pre-enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year, and other important news. We encourage all families to attend! Let’s show some great focus and determination! Reminder: There’s no school tomorrow! Enjoy your long weekend! Report Cards: The 4th Six Weeks are officially over! Report cards will be sent home on Tuesday, February 18th—be on the lookout! Perfect Attendance Celebration: Shoutout to those who nailed perfect attendance for the 4th Six Weeks! You’ve earned a sweet reward—cotton candy and extra recess on Wednesday. Way to go Jaguars! Black Heritage Celebration: UPDATE and Save the date!  NEXT THURSDAY, Thursday, February 27th, we’re hosting our Black Heritage event from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. Mark your calendars and come join us for a fantastic celebration! Jaguar Awards Ceremony: Join us this Friday at 2:15 pm in the Jaguar Gym to cheer on your student during our awards ceremony. They’ll love having you there to celebrate their achievements! Thank You: A huge thank you to all our wonderful Jaguar families for donating to the PAWS Valentine’s Grams, ring pops, and friendship bracelets. You helped us raise $482 for our Field Day—how awesome is that?! Spirit Fundraising Night Recap: Big thanks to everyone who came out to support our spirit night at Nations on Feb 6th. Thanks to you, we raised $229 for Field Day!We appreciate all the love and support from our Jaguar families! Let’s have another amazing week!

🌟 Good Sunday Afternoon, Jaguars! 🌟 We have an exciting and eventful week ahead—here’s what you need to know! ✨ CHARACTER TRAIT OF THE WEEK: FRIENDLINESS ✨ Let’s brighten our campus with kindness, warm welcomes, and big smiles! 📢 Parent Conferences Continue! We are striving for 100% completion of parent conferences, either in person or virtually. If you haven’t scheduled yours yet, please reach out to your teacher as soon as possible. Let’s make it happen! 📸 Tuesday, February 11th – Class Group Picture Day! All students must be in full school uniform for their class picture. Picture money envelopes were sent home last week—reach out to your teacher if you need more details! ❤️ Thursday, February 13th – Early Dismissal & Valentine’s Day Parties! Dismissal will be at 1:00 PM, and classroom Valentine’s Day celebrations will be held from 12:00–1:00 PM. Let’s make it a sweet and memorable day! 👕 Thursday is Casual for a Cause! Students who donate $3 on or before Thursday can wear school-appropriate casual clothes. Thank you for supporting a great cause while enjoying a comfy day! 📅 End of the 4th Six Weeks! Thursday also marks the end of the grading period! Be sure to turn in all missing assignments and complete your tests. Report cards will go home on Tuesday, February 18th.
